Musician War has created this notice
in order to demonstrate our community's respect for the rights
of artists and to clearly explain our rules for sharing musical
ideas. People who contribute musical ideas to Musician War are
referred to as "contributors" in this notice. The following statement
presents our copyright adherence policy for
musicianwar.com (referred to as "our site" in this notice).
1. The materials presented on our site are original works or
the contributor's interpretation of the works of others. There are
no transcriptions of copyrighted materials here. All entries with references
to third party musicians are interpreted as examples "in the style of"
the third party artist and not actual transcriptions. If you believe that
your copyright has been infringed by a contributor posting to this site, please
send a complaint to .
2. By submitting entries to this
site, a contributor grants to Musician War an irrevocable license to make the entries available from the musicianwar.com website. The contributor grants no other license or rights to Musician War.
3. By submitting entries to this site the contributor asserts that the entries sent
are the contributor's own work and not the copyrighted material of others.
4. Any individual
may use these files for private study, scholarship, or research. However, redistribution of these files
in any form without written permission from Musician War is prohibited to all persons except the contributor.
5. Messages on this site are written by individuals, not Musician War staff. While Musician War endeavors to clean up objectionable messages, we are not able to prevent malicious or offensive messages from being posted. Please use caution when following links posted on message boards, you may not want to go where they take you. Be advised that our filters cannot remove all objectionable messages.
6. Musician War Radio is broadcast via Live365.com, our CDs are distributed via mixonic.com. Sound files posted to musicianwar.com are never used on radio or CD without the express permission of the author.
