Entry Info
Explanation Surfin" Slamma" Style I just got a POD x3 and I finally got a bass. The bass is soooooo fun to play. The thing that got me thinking surf music was searching the line 6 website for tones, and I ended up riffing on each one, and this rhythm started to evolve. Then I got out some "Blue Hawiian"s" and got in the mood. I"m sure that the main riff has been used many times, but I came up with all of the guitar and bass lines on my own. It"s hard to make an original surf song, but they sound so cool. I didn"t get carried away with production, just got it sounding good to me and let it be this time. Recorded with Garage band. Guitar is Ibanez js 1000, Bass is Ibanez Mikro.
